Become a member

BABPS is an individual membership organization and one must be registered to be among its membership. The following are requirements to become a member:

  • Must be over the age of 16 years.
  • Must either be blind, partial sighted or have a passion for issues relating to persons who are blind
  • Must fill-up BABPS membership registration form. The registration form can be downloaded below
  • Must pay registration fee of P15.00 and an annual subscription fee of P10.00
